Burley Dash child bike seat - rack mount version. Easy to install and remove without tools. Appropriate for 12 months through 40 pounds. Storage in back. Reflector. Adjustable foot straps. See pic where top adhesive got too hot in the sun and came loose. Works fine without it in place, but could reattach if desired. Retails for $179. Price now reduced to just $60. Thanks for looking.
