Hi All! I’m a local Licensed Medical Massage Therapist looking for another practitioner to share my studio.
There will be space for your supplies and linens, plus an electric massage table. Ideal for another massage therapist, ROLFer, energy worker, reiki healer, or similar service provider. Must have current NM licensing, liability insurance etc.
There’s a nice waiting area with water, tea, and coffee. ADA bathroom and ample free parking. The studio is south-facing and gets nice sunlight, with a view of the foliage outside. The building has heating and AC. Local art will be on the walls in a week or two.
Many other small businesses are in adjacent studios, including talk therapists, etc.
Located behind the Zafarano Mall at 700Lofts. The studio is available to you all day Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday for $350/month. I would ask for at least a 6-month to 1-year commitment. There is a $200 sublease fee to start and a $150 security deposit.
