Bench positions are flat and incline - no decline.
Very solid construction. Purchased at The Fitness Superstore in Albuquerque. Made in America.
The manufacturer did not specify a maximum load. It is good for general strength, work-related fitness, etc. I do not recommend it for power lifting, competition lifts, etc.
Hamstring curl is difficult if you are under about 5’7”.
Seat is 45” long.
Wooden foot brace for rows included if you want it.
Lat pulldown bar included.
Footprint is 47” wide x 50” long excluding attachments.
