Good Condition
There is cosmetic wear and tear but drawer and Cabinet doors work great. Can fit a microwave, coffee pot and instapot on top or concealed mini fridge behind doors.
Spacious and will last a long time.
Would look great refinished or even painted. Could also work well in a garage basement etc And again, the wheels make it easy to move around your space.
Scrape on top on wall side could be filled in with some wood putty if if it bothers you. Also trim on right front was previously glued (see pics) does not hinder functionality. Great vintage oak piece.
