We are an award-winning Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz, is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Hostess to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Manage reservations and waitlists
Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
Seat guests efficiently while coordinating with the service team
Assist with takeout orders when needed
Help maintain a clean and organized host stand
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work lunch and dinner service weekdays and weekends
Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person
Positive, team-oriented work environment
