NOW HIRING — EXPERIENCED FOREMAN
Santa Cruz County | $40–$55/hr DOE
We’re looking for an experienced General Construction Foreman to join our team.
We do a little bit of everything, with a strong focus on high-end projects, quality craftsmanship, and finish work. We typically have multiple projects moving at once, so we need someone who can take ownership, stay organized, and keep things moving without needing to be micromanaged.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of construction experience
• Proven ability to lead and manage a crew
• Strong finish-work and attention-to-detail skills
• Able to work independently and problem-solve in the field
• Comfortable managing multiple jobs/projects at the same time
• Organized and able to prioritize changing demands
• Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work
• Owns and has their own basic set of construction tools
• Able to communicate well with the crew, clients, and other trades
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work
