I've been in IT for about 5 years.
BA in Business- Information Systems concentration.
Security+ and Network+ certifications by CompTIA.
I can help with Alexa or Google Home Setup.(smart lights, smart cameras)

PC Upgrades - RAM, Battery Replacement etc

Backups when you are moving from one computer to a new one.
Set up Routers for your home ( Allow/Block devices - *hint - your kids lol)
