STONE AND TILE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
Location: Santa Ana, CA Pay: $30–$35/hour Schedule: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machinery to cut and fabricate stone slabs.
Read blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
Use CNC programming, G-code, CAM software, and Fanuc controls.
Perform precision measurements and quality checks.
Safely operate forklifts and move stone materials.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Operate auxiliary machinery and fabrication equipment as needed, including press brakes, stamping presses, welding equipment, and finishing tools.
Assist with packaging, assembly, and warehouse activities when needed to meet production deadlines.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements:
Stone and tile experience required.
CNC machine operation experience required.
Knowledge of tooling and fabrication processes.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
G-code/CAM and Fanuc experience preferred.
Valid forklift certification preferred (sit down).
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments.
Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.
