Growing Orange County dental practice is seeking a motivated California-licensed Associate Dentist for a full-time or part-time position.
GUARANTEED BASE PAY + PERCENTAGE OF PRODUCTION AND/OR COLLECTIONS
This is not a base-only position.
We believe an associate dentist should have the security of guaranteed compensation PLUS the opportunity to earn substantially more based on production and/or collections.
Compensation will be based on experience, availability, clinical abilities, productivity and the final employment agreement.
MAJOR BENEFIT: UP TO $30,000 IN IMPLANT TRAINING & MENTORSHIP
For the right long-term associate, we offer access to up to $30,000 in implant dentistry training and mentorship, including training with experienced implant clinicians and dental-school faculty.
This is an excellent opportunity for a general dentist who wants to build advanced implant skills while continuing to earn income in private practice.
