This is a hands-on role in a clean, organized warehouse supporting shipping and production for customers across the U.S. and worldwide.

What You’ll Do
• Package and ship customer orders accurately
• Pick parts and prepare kits for production
• Keep shipping and warehouse areas organized
• Assist with receiving, inventory, and general shop tasks
• Safely lift and move items up to 75 lbs
Schedule, Pay & Benefits
• Monday–Friday, regular business hours
• 8-hour shift with a lunch break
• No mandatory overtime or weekends
• $18 per hour starting pay. We have a completely transparent skills and mastery based scoring system. Nothing in this system is holding your pay back other than demonstrating mastery of the skills we have published for your role. No schedule limits your advancement in role or wage.
