- the kitchen includes a sink and propane stovetop (no oven and no refrigerator, unless you provide one); access to a community kitchen (with full range, refrigerator/freezer) is available between May 1 and Nov 1.
- heat, hot water, and stovetop are run on propane, which you would take care of yourself--(i.e., refill and pay for the propane tanks as needed).
- the unit has a composting toilet (you have to empty it periodically and maintain it -- i.e., provide materials)
- access to a washing machine and clothesline is available between May 1 and Nov 1.
- electricty, water and limited internet are included; trash removal is not provided
Preference for someone who has farming skills and is interested in bringing an artisan farming enterprise.
