Every body is different, so I take the time to listen to what you want and tailor the experience to you. I can also educate you about your body and help you discover techniques and approaches that work best for you.

Scheduling
I’m a busy guy, so a day or two of advance notice is recommended. Same-day appointments are possible when my schedule allows, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.
If you’re looking for a last-minute appointment, please understand that a late-night same-day request may not be possible.
