Beautiful solid wood oak entry/hall table with matching large mirror, inherited from my grandfather.
This is a substantial, very well-made piece of furniture with exceptional woodworking details. The table and mirror are two separate pieces, making it easier to transport.
Features include:
Solid oak construction
Beautiful natural oak grain
Large matching framed mirror
Ornately turned/baluster columns and legs
Detailed carved shell/rosette accents
Scalloped and carved apron
Raised/molded edges and architectural top
Original-style brass/metal drawer hardware
Small locking drawer
Excellent overall condition for its age
Very clean, well-maintained finish
The piece has a beautiful Victorian/Colonial Revival-style appearance and would make a terrific statement piece in an entryway, hallway, dining room or living room.
The drawer does lock, although I do not have the key.
I don't know the original manufacturer or exact age, so I'm selling it based on its quality, construction, craftsmanship and condition rather than making an unverified claim about its age. I do know this has been in my family for decades.
Overall size with mirror on top is 32" wide x 80" tall x 14" deep
Table by itself is 32" wide x 32" tall x 14" deep
mirror by itself is 31.25" wide x 48" tall x 8" deep (crown molding at top is 9" deep)
