We started the epoxy flooring buissness because the teaching salaries were not cutting it financially so we had to come up with something to help move forward. We have now been doing Epoxy flooring for over 10 years and average about 250 to 300 jobs a year. We try to keep prices fair but they are firm
Here is a breakdown of how we price out jobs
Anything 500 sq feet and under with minimal issues is $1500
Once it gets over 500 square feet the price is firm at 3 dollars a square foot. This price will only change if there is a coating to be removed or a wide variety of cement flaws like holes cracks and flaking cement.
If you are wanting a more complicated look such as mettalic finishes assume the price to start at 2000 for anything under 500 square feet and anything over 500 square feet would be $5 a square foot.

I offer warranties for pealing epoxy but do not warranty self inflicted damage like scratches.
