I am seeking a California licensed attorney with excellent writing skills and substantial experience drafting summary judgment motions and oppositions, including memoranda of points and authorities and separate statements, and reviewing and highlighting the record in support of such oppositions. This is a contract position and compensation is $100.00 per hour or fixed fee.
We will require sample filed briefs and separate statements.
