This is a set of two nets as shown in the photos. The duct tape was to prevent them from banging around in the gunwhale holder. That reduces rattle and prevents impact damage to the aluminum handle.
This has the commercial style steel ring in the net bag. Holds it right where you need it.
These nets have been patched, and should probably be replaced. One of the handles is shorter than the other and one of the spring clips needs to be reset. Refer to the images.
