An established construction and property improvement company serving Marin County for over 30 years is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and has the experience to lead a crew while remaining hands-on with daily projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside a carpentry crew
Perform framing, dry rot repairs, siding, trim, deck construction, and general carpentry
Coordinate daily tasks and maintain job site efficiency
Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
Communicate project progress and material needs to management
Qualifications:
10+ years experience in residential carpentry and construction
Previous crew leadership experience preferred
Ability to read plans and independently troubleshoot issues
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to cut stringers
