Compensation: $45 up to $70 per completed client session
Mercedes Cusick Therapy Services Inc. is seeking an experienced, bilingual Associate Therapist (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) to join our trauma-informed group practice. We are a Medi-cal provider. We are looking for an associate who has already gained meaningful hands-on clinical experience and accumulated substantial hours toward licensure. This position is best suited for someone who has worked with an established caseload and is comfortable providing therapy under clinical supervision.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are seeking someone who can step into the role with experience, confidence, and initiative.
Qualifications
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Active California BBS registration as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC
• Established experience providing individual psychotherapy
• Experience working with trauma, anxiety, and complex emotional concerns
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable managing scheduling, client communication, and timely clinical documentation
• Available to begin seeing clients promptly.
• Starting Caseload around 6+. Building up to Caseload of 15+
