Construction Foreman – Residential Remodeling – Starting at $42/hr (hercules, pinole, san pablo, el sob)

We’re looking for someone who can work alongside the crew, keep projects organized, maintain quality, and communicate clearly with the office and homeowners. You should have experience with complete residential remodels, including framing, kitchens, bathrooms, finish work, and coordinating other trades.
Jobsites are throughout the Bay Area, including San Francisco, Oakland, Richmond, Vallejo, Walnut Creek, Pittsburg and Napa. Applicants must be able to report reliably to assigned jobsites.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience leading a residential remodeling crew
* Strong hands-on construction skills
* Ability to read plans, plan daily work, and solve problems in the field
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
* A professional attitude and attention to detail
Pay starts at $42 per hour, based on experience. A SIMPLE IRA retirement plan is also available.
