This well loved and lightly modified trailer would be perfect for a Burning Man couple who wanted a spacious and usable space on the playa, or for someone with a bit of land that needs a place to live while they build their dream home. It's been modified to be a long term living situation rather than a short vacation haul. (air fryer and additional cabinetry installed in kitchen, front sleeping area converted into storage/office space)

As modified will sleep two comfortably, can sleep a couple shorter folks on the convertible dinette and could always throw a air mattress in the living room area for a few guests if needed.

All the minor and major repairs this vehicle needed are completed as of this time (slide motor new, back right window new, trim and cabinets touched up, floor professionally cleaned)

Black tank, grey tank both empty, propane filled, all appliances have been checked (water heater only works on electrical) and are working. There is one soft spot about 4" round in the flooring. Trailer has arctic barrier insulation package.
