This trailer has been used for some great trips, including a California-to-Alaska trip, and has been a very capable travel trailer.
Interior and exterior are in good overall condition for the age, with normal cosmetic wear. Major systems and plumbing have been operational to the best of my knowledge.
Known issues: No exterior awning currently installed, no TV included, and tire age is unknown.
