Warehouse hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.
### Pay & Raises
* $18.00/hr during training / try-out
* $19–23/hr after training, DOE
* $0.50–$1.00 raise after first 80 hours
* $0.50–$1.00 raise after second 80 hours
* Future raises based on performance

### Job Duties
* Process customer orders for our online music and pop culture business
* Provide friendly and professional customer service
* Respond to customer questions and help resolve order issues
* Assist with returns, refunds, exchanges, and other customer requests
* Enter and update order and customer information accurately
* Perform other general office, order processing, and warehouse-related duties as needed
### Requirements
* **Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM**
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
* Able to stay organized while handling multiple orders and customer requests
* Friendly, patient, and professional with customers
* Self-motivated and productive
* Able to follow procedures and solve basic problems independently
* Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
