We’re looking for a bubbly, creative, reliable person to join our piercing studio! This is a great position for someone who loves piercings, jewelry, fashion, ear styling, and working with people.
You do not need to be a piercer, but you should have a genuine interest in the piercing and jewelry industry and be excited to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting clients and creating an amazing experience from the moment they walk in
Checking clients in and helping manage the front desk
Helping customers choose jewelry and understand their options
Designing ear curations and helping clients put together beautiful, unique jewelry combinations
Learning about different piercing placements, jewelry styles, sizing, materials, and aftercare
Answering phones, assisting with appointments, and answering customer questions
Handling jewelry sales and checkout
Keeping jewelry displays organized, clean, and beautiful
Cleaning throughout the day and helping keep the entire studio extremely clean, sanitary, and organized
Helping with other day-to-day studio responsibilities as needed
Who We’re Looking For
We would love someone who is:
Friendly, outgoing, bubbly, and confident with customers
Creative and has a good eye for jewelry, fashion, color, and design
Interested in piercings, jewelry, and ear curations
Extremely clean and organized
Dependable and takes their schedule seriously
Comfortable staying busy and finding things to do without constantly being directed
Professional and able to communicate well with all different types of customers
A quick learner who can retain information about jewelry and piercings
Comfortable with sales and helping customers make purchasing decisions
Available to work a flexible schedule with high availability
Has reliable transportation
This is a hands-on position. There will be plenty of fun and creative parts—especially helping clients design their ears—but cleaning and maintaining the studio is also a significant part of the job. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping their workplace spotless.

Our studio is very customer-service focused. We want clients to feel comfortable, excited, and taken care of when they come in. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, has positive energy, and can make customers feel welcome.
