We are currently looking for a full time office administrator to join our team. Must be able to work (in person) Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, attention to detail and must be very organized. Must have a great attendance record and Spanish speaking is a plus.
General duties include:
Answer telephone
Greet customers
Dispatch service techs
Bill customers
Process customer payments
Order supplies
Filing
