We are an online social media company offering a private room that is really more like a Studio Apartment. The PRIVATE room has its own private bathroom and shower and entrance that opens up into a fantastic court yard. Our facility is in a super ritzy and posh neighborhood with great shopping and parks 5 minute walk away. We are also 2 miles from a major mall, and our street has two major bus routes on it and we are 2 miles from two major interstates. However, we are going to move at the end of the year to Sylmar which is 20 minutes north of Hollywood.
We have several positions open: Office / Admin, Social Media, Online Sales, or Writer. This offer is open to both guys and gals who know the basics of Word and Excel and how to do Internet Searches using Google. Position is also open to anyone with Online Sales experience on Craigslist, Ebay, Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, or other online sales website, Also, you need to have basic knowledge of twitter, facebook, and instagram. Bonus points if you know Photoshop or Adobe Premiere (not required). Basically, if you are at all computer literate we can probably work with you.
This is a barter / trade. In exchange for part-time support, you get the free room and utilities paid for, use of washer and dryer, internet, full kitchen use, along with some other fringe benefits including 30% commission on anything you sell from our E-commerce store (items range in price from $20 to $10k).

This position only works with people who are freelancers, self employed, or online students. If you work a 9 to 5 with a commute there is no way this position and setup will work for you.
Lastly, we are friendly and we all get along. We will do a background check but are open to giving honest and sincere people 2nd chances provided they have references.
