In San Gabriel, just south of Pasadena and the 210 freeway, and just north of the 10. This is a good area -- we're in the cool Mission district. Good shopping, eating, and bars. Plus it's pretty convenient to DTLA too.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place. You'll share the larger bathroom with the girl in the house but...trust me! KEEP READING!! This is an ideal setup for a shared bathroom situation: The girl works full time so she's out M-F so you won't see her much (but she's cool) so you won't compete for bathroom time etc.
WHAT ELSE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You should be friendly, fairly neat and in late 20's to late 30's range. No dogs, no couples and no super weirdos (besides that we're pretty flexible.) No cigarette smoking inside.
