We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with a long-term interest in construction field. Growth potential of each candidate will be an important part of our evaluation process.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITES
Site Coordination
- Prepare project setup list and execute
- Coordinate with project managers and owners regarding budget schedule and general project support
- Coordination with site foreman/lead on tasks to be carried out
- Training of field crew in safety practices
- Coordinate Sub Contractor schedules
- Neighbor Relations
- Ordering materials / Site takeoffs
Provide site supervision and quality control
- Quality control for sub-contractors & in house labor
- Inspections
- Layouts
Create well-managed projects
- RFI’s - Request, Review, Log & Implement from Architects/Engineers/Owners
- Schedule prioritization and optimization. Manage project schedule. Update schedule on a weekly basis
- Prepare Change Orders and Track Change Order Labor
- Manage punch list and final job close out
- Help with implementation of final project budget
Maintain clean, safe, well-organized projects
- Job safety

- Job set-up / staging
QUALIFICATIONS
-10 or more years of residential construction experience
-Drivers license with a clean DMV record.
-Effective communication skills.
-Critical thinking and problem solving.
-Experienced Team Leader for Crew, and Sub Contractors
-Good organizational skills.
-Must be able to wear appropriate PPE and meet physical demands of the job
BENEFITS:

Compensation: $130,000.00-$170,000.00 DOE
