We are a small general contractor looking to sublease/share our wood shop space to 1 or 2 woodworkers.
our business primarily uses the area under the office mezzanine to store job site tools, with occasional shop use not to interfere with our subtenants.
you would have your own dedicated area including one or more 4'x8' assembly tables where you can leave your project in any state of completion for as long as you wish.
we are open to either one or two full time tenants to have priority use of the entire shop. advertised rent is for a half share of the full space.
flexible hours but no loud tools after 9pm out of respect for tenants above, ceiling is concrete & very soundproof.
no working outside on sidewalk due to residential windows above.
