**SATO Omakase – San Francisco**
SATO Omakase is looking for experienced and motivated team members to join our front-of-house team.
We are currently hiring for two positions:
**1. Server**
**2. Server Assistant**
### Server
**Responsibilities**
* Provide professional and attentive guest service
* Guide guests through the omakase dining experience
* Wine, sake, and beverage service
* Maintain proper pacing throughout the meal
* Communicate closely with chefs and the service team
* Anticipate guest needs while allowing guests to enjoy their conversation and dining experience
**Qualifications**
* Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
* Strong communication and hospitality skills
* Wine and sake knowledge is a plus
* Professional, calm, organized, and reliable
### Server Assistant
**Responsibilities**
* Support servers throughout dinner service
* Run food and assist with course service
* Refill water
* Clear and reset tables
* Polish glassware and serviceware
* Assist with opening and closing duties
* Maintain a clean and organized dining room
**Qualifications**
* Restaurant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
* Reliable and punctual
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Strong teamwork and positive attitude
* Interest in Japanese cuisine or fine dining is a plus
### Schedule
* Part-time or full-time depending on position
* 3–5 dinner shifts per week
* Evening availability required
* Friday and Saturday availability preferred
### Compensation
* Competitive hourly wage based on position and experience
* Additional service charge distribution
