i am hoping to find someone that has a driveway that i can do a sale in for a day. saturday or sunday

i have some decent stuff jewelry necklaces earrings bracelets most of it is brand new CDs candles and clothing and collectibles i have tables and tarps to cover the ground with as well
i've done flea markets but the cost of spaces added on gas and vs. rentals the overhead just to do one day sale puts me back hundreds of dollars making it very difficult to come out with any decent amount of money to make it worth all the effort....
So i'm looking to find someone that is willing to let me use their driveway to have a sale in for one weekend day. We can meet first and talk about the details. as well as you can meet me and decide if it would be something you wouldn't mind doing i am even willing to discuss sharing a portion of the sales with you
i'm looking for some where there is a fair amount of foot traffic or easy to get to and will have signs made and posted in the area ( which will all be removed at the end of the day). as well as do some posting on craigslist.
I'm an easy going guy that is looking to make some extra money to help with the continuing rise in living expenses here i. the Bay Area.
i don't do sale events in areas that is considered illegal and have the police come and tell me to pack up as well as risk being fined for selling on the streets
So i'm hoping to find someone that gets where i'm coming from and willing to let me use their driveway for a day. i have a clean set up and will pick up after myself leaving everything in the same condition it was before hand if not cleaner than it's
