It is rare for a San Francisco office sublet to have access to all days of the week, making this a particularly good fit for someone who wants to establish a consistent presence in Pac Heights.
Available now. Due to my schedule, I am available to show the office primarily on Wednesday afternoons.
Deposit is one month’s rent. The initial term is 6 months, followed by a month-to-month lease. Must maintain separate malpractice and general liability insurance.
Preference will be given to someone who can take multiple or all days. (I am unable to rent to someone for only one day per month.)
Rent includes all utilities. No storage space is available. Rental application requires government-issued photo ID and three months of recent paystubs or other acceptable proof of income. (These materials are required by the landlord.)
Street parking is available by permit through the City of San Francisco.
The location is especially convenient for clients coming from Laurel Heights, Pacific Heights, Presidio Heights, the Richmond, the Marina, and other central San Francisco neighborhoods.
The area has multiple popular restaurants and cafés that are a 5–10 minute walk away, including Peet’s Coffee, Boichik Bagels, Spruce, and The Magic Flute, as well as markets and boutique shopping.
Please contact me for more details, and let me know a little about your practice.
