I made this side table from an old drawer that was used by a welder working in the shipyard here in San Francisco. Probably from the 50’s, the drawer has a rustic character, with a large steel drawer pull, and plenty of bumps and bruises from its previous life. There’s some writing on the side that says “Fleet” followed by something I can’t make out, and then “size 1/32″‘. It sits on steel hairpin legs with a bit of a rusty color to match the rustic nature of the drawer. Note that this is not a functional drawer, the drawer is the table.

Size: Height – 30 inches, width – 16 inches, depth – 19.5 inches
