PowerBlock Dumbbells for Compact Home Training:
The PowerBlock Elite EXP Adjustable Dumbbells replace multiple fixed pairs with a compact selectorized system for presses, rows, curls, lunges, shoulder work, and other home strength exercises. The magnetic selector pin changes the main resistance setting, while removable adder weights support smaller increases. This combination lets users move efficiently between warmups, working sets, and accessory movements without filling a wall or storage rack with separate dumbbells.
