Our pasta shop is open 7 days a week: retail 10am-9pm, lunch 11-4, and dinner 430-9. Service is walk-in only and our version of casual: high energy, very affordable, 90s hip hop on the playlist, parm shakers and chili flakes on the table. Some job duties will be as expected (running drinks/food) but many are unique to our concept (at dinner the host takes orders at the door and points guests to their tables)
This position is excellent for someone looking to expand on their fast-casual experience, barista or retail/grocery experience. We're also a great fit for folks who've spent time in fine-dining and are interested in providing high quality service in a more laid-back setting. Weekend and evening availability are required. Good communication skills and positive energy are definitely required.
Our compensation is generous and there is a lot of opportunity for growth - most of our service team bring in between $30-$34 an hour, and we have great health and dental options for employees working 30+ hours a week.
