The Open House is scheduled for Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 3:00pm-4:00pm. Our open house is subject to building capacity. Please check in with the concierge upon arrival. We will begin accepting holding deposits immediately after the Open House in accordance with our priority system. Please be prepared to place the deposit on October 22nd, 2026, and take possession by Saturday, October 31, 2026.
Additional Information:
- Holding deposit: $7,400
- Non-refundable application fee is $64 per adult applicant
- Parking permit for an additional vehicle is $175-325 per month
- We welcome two pets per household with a $500 deposit and $75 monthly pet rent per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required.
- All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences.
Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am – 4:00pm. We are closed on Sunday.
