We're a small, fast-paced AI startup looking for someone who takes real pride in hospitality and creating a workplace where people can do their best work. Whether it's fresh paint, more whiteboards, or making sure someone's favorite snack is stocked, you notice what would make the office better—and make it happen. You enjoy finding thoughtful ways to surprise and delight the team while keeping everyday operations running smoothly.
You'll bring both a hospitality mindset and practical facilities experience: coordinating breakfast, lunch, and dinner; keeping the kitchen stocked; and managing vendors and contractors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and repairs. You're as comfortable troubleshooting a building issue as you are adding a personal touch that makes people feel cared for.
