We are renting a room in a beautiful, spacious flat in a Victorian right on the Panhandle, three blocks from USF, Golden Gate Park and the Haight with plenty of options for public transportation. In unit washer/dryer, hardwood floors.

The room is quiet and has a big window, but not a whole lot of natural light.
The room is good size, recently painted, quiet, includes a full bed with bedding/linens, large closet with a sink, dresser, desk, chair and a side table.

Available September 22. The initial agreement is for two months with the possibility to extend to up to 10 months.

You would share the flat with 4 awesome people. However if you are looking for a social environment, that's not us. Although everyone is friendly and courteous, we are all busy with our lives and mostly keep to ourselves.

A large, well equipped kitchen is available for light cooking.
We are a quiet and clean household and you must be responsible, respectful and clean.

No smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking in the house.

Rent is $1450 including utilities.

A deposit of $2000 will be required prior to moving in.
