We are currently looking for experienced Back of the House cooks who can deliver elevated food while maintaining a fun, approachable energy in a lively bar setting. All staff must have current California Food Handlers Card and California ABC RBS certifications.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and plate dishes to spec during service.
* Maintain prep lists and ensure station readiness.
* Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
* Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing inventory.
Qualifications
* 1–2 years kitchen experience in fast-paced settings.
* Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes.
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude
* Job Type: Part-time
* Pay: $23 per hour + a share of pooled tips
Shift: Available to work day/evening/night shift and available on weekends
