THE ROOM: It has two windows, a full-size bed, a bookshelf, and a closet with a vanity and sink. Please note the room is quite small, and so it’s not well-suited for someone who works from home.
THE REST OF THE APARTMENT: The Edwardian apartment is all polished hardwood floors, with charming moldings and a clawfoot bathtub, in a safe and secured 6-unit building with a garden courtyard. It has a large kitchen with adjoining apothecary-style pantry. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other roommates.
*Please note there is no communal living or dining room.
LOCATION: In walking distance to Polk St, North Beach, Downtown--the list goes on. Within a few blocks of Muni lines 1, 12, 27, 10, 19, 49, cable cars, shuttle stops, and a 10-minute bus ride to BART. Three blocks from Trader Joe's and four from Whole Foods. It’s surrounded by some of the city’s best restaurants, boutique shops, spas, and cafes. There are laundromats nearby. Street parking only.
THE ROOMMATES: Three professional women in their 20s and early 30s. We treat our home as a refuge from the chaos of the city, and as such like to keep the vibe mellow but welcoming, and expect mutual respect for each other and our home.
THE SUBLEASE: Move-in date: November 1 $1,195/month, plus $185 for utilities (internet/electricity/water/trash/heat). Deposit: $1,195. A 6-month sublease agreement, which can be renewed. Single occupancy only; no pets.
