It is new in box.

Space saving table. It is solid oak and not veneer table.

Assembled once, everything is working fine, the table is able to extend as needed.

Noticed there is some damage on the furniture and requested replacement from the vendor (See below for details and picture). Selling it lower than the list price.

Issues:
1) A small dent in the middle of the table
2) One of the leaf when closed has a slight gap

Dissembled it back into the original packing box. Pick up only.
