Brand: DWR — manufactured by the venerable Copeland
Model: “American Modern”
Extremely similar in aesthetics to the George Nelson Thin Edge, but better. The primary being: Nelson’s headboard is MDF with walnut veneer, whereas this Copeland version is solid wood. It’s sadly no longer manufactured, and I’m extremely sad to be parting with it.
Delivery:
• Free at the asking price, within 3 miles.
• Alternatively, Lugg can deliver for less than $85-ish pretty much anywhere in the city. Berkeley, Palo Alto, San Rafael, etc. would be about $100-135, depending on distance.
Logistics / Frame breakdown:
Is easy. One caveat. Like the Thin Edge, the headboard can easily be removed. However, the mattress surface cannot. So whatever is used to move the frame itself should conform to the dimensions of a full mattress, plus 1” on all sides.
