WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are currently hiring professional Class B CDL Drivers.
We are especially interested in drivers who hold one or more of the following endorsements or certifications:
Passenger Endorsement
Air Brake Endorsement
SPAB Certification
School Bus Certification/Endorsement
You do not need to have every endorsement listed above to reach out to us.
Passenger and Air Brake endorsements are required for this position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a professional driver with Bauer’s, you will:
Safely transport passengers to and from their destinations
Provide professional, welcoming, and comfortable experience for passengers
Always deliver excellent customer service
Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
Navigate throughout the Bay Area safely and efficiently
Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatch, and the operations team
Maintain a professional appearance while representing Bauer’s
Follow company safety policies and applicable DOT requirements
Maintain required licenses, certifications, medical documentation, and training records
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
Valid California Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Passenger Endorsement
Air Brake Endorsement
Current and valid DOT Physical/Medical Card
Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
Strong knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to safely and responsibly transport passengers
Ability to provide current applicable training records
Acceptable driving record, including no major accidents, serious tickets, or reckless driving charges within the last 3 years
ADDITIONAL ENDORSEMENTS WE VALUE
