ACE Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. is a thriving, well-established San Francisco plumbing company seeking a talented, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who communicates professionally, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer incoming calls and provide courteous, professional assistance to customers.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize service requests and dispatch our plumbing technicians.
• Coordinate daily schedules to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Keep customers informed about appointment timing, job progress, and schedule changes.
• Use ServiceTitan to track jobs, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with customers, technicians, and management.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or operational issues early and help resolve them promptly.
• Support a positive, organized, and team-oriented office environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer-service instincts and professional telephone manner.
• Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
• Previous dispatching, customer service, or plumbing-service experience is valuable.
• ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred.
• Spanish-English bilingual ability is not required, but is highly valued.
COMPENSATION
Starting range: $20–$25 per hour, with compensation negotiated based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
