THE SCHEDULE
The two cooks will share our Wednesday through Sunday shifts:
Wednesday: 5pm to 11:30pm
Thursday: 6pm to 12:30am
Friday: 5pm to 2am
Saturday: 5pm to 2am
Sunday: 5pm to 11:30pm
They should also be open to an occasional Monday or Tuesday shift for private events.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who:
+Is punctual and reliable
+Is respectful to teammates and guest experience
+Stays calm and focused under pressure
+Works well with others and communicates clearly with the team
+Follows recipes and plating standards consistently
++We also prefer candidates who live near BART or in or around the Mission District.
