grinder with 64mm flat steel burrs and stepless micrometric adjustment.
Doserless / grind-to-cup with a portafilter fork, electronic touchscreen dosing
with programmable single and double timers, and a shot counter.
The counter reads 733 total shots from reset. It has been boxed and unused
since autumn 2024, so that number is current, not a stale reading. Note it is
the resettable counter rather than a guaranteed lifetime figure.
