Carpenter / Foreman / Superintendent – CUSTOM HOME CONSTRUCTION
**San Francisco and Peninsula | Full-Time**
Established construction company seeking an experienced" ALL-IN-ONE **hands-on Carpenter / Foreman / Superintendent** for custom residential home construction projects throughout San Francisco and the Peninsula.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum *10 years of project management experience** in custom home construction.
- Hands-on experience managing daily jobsite operations.
- Knowledge of city inspections, building permits, and local construction requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Experience managing job costs, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate material ordering, deliveries, subcontractors, and crews.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and solve problems in the field.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- **Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience.**
