BEER-FOCUSED BARTENDER / SERVER

CluckMoo is a new food and beverage concept in SoMa, and we're looking for an experienced Bartender / Server with a real passion for craft beer.
Our bar will feature up to 15 taps, including rotating craft beers, wine and original concoctions on tap. Love nootropics? NA Beverages that blow you away with flavor? We do too.
This is more than a standard bartender/server position. You'll have the opportunity to help establish and grow the CluckMoo beverage program—from identifying great beers and breweries to developing pairings, tastings, tap takeovers and new beverage ideas.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Loves and knows craft beer
• Has brewery, taproom, beer bar or restaurant experience
• Understands beer styles, flavor profiles and proper beer service
• Can recommend and talk about beer without being pretentious
• Has solid overall food, wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge
• Brings ideas and wants to help shape our beverage program
• Loves hospitality and connecting with guests
• Thrives in a neighborhood environment where guests become frequent visitors
Cicerone or other beer education is a plus, but not required.
We're especially interested in someone who wants to take ownership, bring ideas and grow with us as we build CluckMoo's beer and beverage identity.
