Currently there are two young woman professionals who live there in two other bedrooms.
The bedroom suite is located at the back of the house, approximately 154+sf ($1400 monthly rent plus utilities). You will have your own full bathroom, a closet and a patio door leading to a deck and stairs to the backyard. The bedroom has a new wall-to-wall carpet. The paint is clean and new.
The utilities will be divided evenly among three roommates and shared with downstairs in-law unit tenants.
The garage has two car tandem parking spaces, currently one parking space is available with $80 extra per month, optional. Washer and Dryer are in the garage and shared with other tenants.
The house is in a safe and quiet mid-sunset area, half a block from N-JUDAH, and one block from Golden Gate Park. It is also near grocery shopping and Sunset Blvd.
No smoking. No pets please (allergy condition). Minimum one year lease required. The rent is $1400 and the security deposit is one month rent.
