Housemates: There is a late 30s guy who commutes to SF 3-nights a week and an early 30s guy who lives here full time. 70% of the time it’s the two of you. We’re clean working professionals who are respectful, easy going, and drama free.
Bedroom: spacious, large closet, queen bed, desk and lamp; chair, drawers, and a large mirror with partial Ocean Views.
Rent: $1500 Includes: monthly cleaning service, all utilities (water/internet/electricity) and cleaning supplies. $1350 for rent + $150 utilities
