This is ideal for somebody who wants to save a ton of money on rent while living in a great spot in the city, while also putting up with a sub-par living situation. I'm looking for someone who wants that type of environment, a sort of "we both know this sucks, but we get along well and we'll make it work" sort of thing. I'll be gone most of the day, and ideally this person will use the room mostly for sleeping as well. With two beds plus the dresser/kitchen supplies, there will be space for very minimal belongings (I can split half of the dresser with you). I'm not asking for a security deposit or lease-signing or anything like that.
I am a 27 year old male, working in tech/startups. I'm very easy-going, most of my life centers around work, going to the gym, going out on the weekends.
